How fast do bandoleros go
The Bandolero Car is a turnkey, spec-series racer designed for drivers as young as eight years old to sixteen years old. The driver operates a Bandolero in a similar manner to a kart with left foot braking. The car is equipped with a centrifugal clutch so the driver does not have to shift gears. Small modifications have been made to the engine to bring the once 20HP stock engine to nearly 30HP. Trying to get new people into the sport can be a frustrating thing for a speedway when there is no entry level class designed for the entry level.
What started out as an Enduro class, the Pure Stocks have become that class. Using a stock, rear wheel drive, V8 engine car, you can go racing. The only modifications allowed are for safety, such as a racing seat, a 5 point harness for the driver, a fuel cell instead of the conventional gas tank and a basic roll cage around the driver. The complete drivetrain and suspension must be stock for the make, model and year of the vehicle. There are also used bandoleros for sale at about half the cost of new.
A used Bando will hold its value pretty well. How do we start? We can help you determine your best option for getting a bandolero and complete the seat install, pedal adjustments, weight adjustments, and setup. We can arrange track rental if you would like to put your child behind the wheel of a car without the added pressure of racing at the cost of track rental to you. What are our responsibilities as a parent? The parents are responsible for all routine maintenance cost, such as fuel, wear-items, oil, cleaning the car, clutch, brakes, chain.

Where do I get parts? Can I get sponsors for leased cars? Yes and you may display their decals. Most drivers range from 8 to 14 years old, but older drivers can also race. What does a Bandolero cost?
